Service & Purpose

SHARK Social Hub helps page owners and clients manage, schedule, and publish social media content. This portal lets you sign in with Meta and connect the pages you authorize for use inside the SHARK app.

Data We May Process

Basic Meta account info (name and public ID) after your consent.
Page IDs and page names.
Permissions you granted to the app.
Access tokens — always stored encrypted, never shown to you or anyone.
Content you choose to publish (images, captions, schedules).
Publishing and error logs (no secrets).

Why We Use Data

Only to run the features you requested: connecting pages, creating and scheduling content, and publishing on your command. We do not use your data for anything else.

No Selling or Sharing

We do not sell your data, and we do not share access tokens with advertisers or third parties. Secrets stay encrypted on the server.

Retention & Protection

We keep data while the connection is active and to run the service. Secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, access restricted to the server. On disconnect or a deletion request, tokens are revoked and related data is deleted or disabled.

Disconnecting & Deleting Data

You can remove the connection anytime from your Facebook Business Integrations settings, or via the User Data Deletion page on this portal.

Your Rights

Cookies & Sessions

We use technically necessary session cookies to secure operations (e.g. CSRF protection). No advertising tracking.

External Services

The service relies on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram) via the Graph API. Meta's processing of your data is governed by its own policies.
