User Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data associated with SHARK Social Hub at any time. There are two ways:
1) From Facebook Settings
Open Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, then remove “SHARK Social Hub”. This revokes permissions and sends us an automatic deletion notice.
2) Direct request via this page
Optionally leave your email or connection reference to help us match the request. You will get a confirmation code to track status.
Expected timeframe
Requests are usually processed within 30 days. When done, the status changes to “completed”.
